This historical property has been totally renovated according to modern standards. The entrance is located on the ground floor, close to the four parking spaces and directly accesible from the garden. On this floor also the spacious and bright living room, a separate very cozy kitchen, a guest toilet and washing area are located.

This beautiful property is located in a very tranquil area of Stresa, at approximately 10 minutes walking from the center. There is absolutely no noise from either the lakeside road, train or the highway.

The train station (with direct trains to Brig, Geneva, Basel and Milan) is located at approximately 5 minutes walking. The highway connecting southern Switzerland (Simplon) and Milan is very well accesible by the entrance/exit of Carpugnino or Baveno.
