Truffle Farm Moncalvo

This typical country house is situated in Moncalvo known for its black and white truffles. The property consists of 80.000 m2 of fenced land in which both white and black truffles are present (Tuber Magnatum and Tuber Melanosporum).

The main house that is built in the early 1700's has been renovated in 2005 and has a total surface of 550 m2. The house is built on two floors, the ground floor consists of a large kitchen, living with magnificent views over the hills, dining, office, laundry room, a bathroom and a two car garage and a spacious storage room. The first floor consist of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fitness area and a large open space of 100 m2 that if restored can be used as another apartment.

Moncalvo know for it's prestigious truffles is a village in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located at 45 km east of Turin and 15 km northeast of Asti on the road which links Asti to Casale Monferrato and Vercelli. The airport of Torino can be reached in an hour drive whereas the Milano Malpensa airport is a one hour and twenty minute drive.
