Chalets 1866 Fiesch

Have you ever dreamed of owning your own historical property built according to the most modern standards? This is your unique chance!

In the center of Fiesch we are offering two completely restored historical "cow-stables" at walking distance from every amenity that you can imagine!

The properties are modernized according to the latest building standards and are built on four floors including the basement. The total surface of each property is approximately 110m2 and they both have a spacious outside space consisting of a sunny terrace. Also, both properties have a spacious basement which can be used as storage and/or laundry room. The lay-out of both properties is similar.

Entering the properties on the ground floor, one finds a spacious hallway from which there is access to a spacious double-bedroom with build-in closet, a modern bathroom and a laundry room. (As a variant, it is possible to have two bedrooms on this floor and the laundry room in the basement).

The first floor can be reached via a modern stairway coming from the entrance on the ground floor. This floor is an "open-space" with fully-equipped kitchen, living with flatscreen television and a dining area.

On the top floor there is an "open-space" including a beautiful bathroom with old wooden features, a wardrobe and a great double-bed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These properties have a "non-resident permission", which means that people with a non-Swiss nationality can acquire them. This is very unique, as these type of permissions are very limited nowadays.

A renowned Swiss bank is willing to give mortgages up to 60% of the sale price. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.
